Due to inclement weather, the Osthi team had to postpone the shooting of climax for a week. This means, the film’s release is also postponed. There were reports that the film’s release date has been pushed to December but credible sources in Kollywood now that the release will just be one week away. This means Osthi will now release on November 25th instead of 18th.Osthi is the Tamil remake of the Hindi blockbuster Dabangg which had Salman Khan in the lead role. With Simbu essaying the same role, there is a lot of expectation on this film.
